24-hour water supply
Redevelopment of dilapidated/unsafe buildings
Especially gaothans (old villages), buildings built with violation of building norms. Narendra Mehta has pushed for cluster redevelopment plans and also allowed for independent redevelopment under UDCPRTo double water supply and make it 24-hour across Mira Bhayandar.

- In a meeting with Chief Minister Fadnavis, key projects were approved: independent redevelopment of dangerous/old buildings under UDCPR, concreting of major roads, beginning of East-West flyover etc.
- Rs 2,700 crore worth of development projects have been approved for Mira-Bhayandar.
